Plan for a TW/FA/Eng Brute

I'm having a lot of fun with Titan Weapons so far and decided to pair it with FA. It's at level 21 now, and I am SO gratful for Consume.

The build will have S/L Defense just over 32.5% def and E/N just under it before I start using Enhancement Boosters to bring Kinetic Combat up to par and bring the toggle cost down to 1.23 per sec. Defensive Sweep will also be slotted with a LotG Def/Global which will softcap Smashing and near softcap Melee.

Global Recharge is a little low at 45%, but it should be more than enough to keep swinging. It'll have 3 -KB IOs to ensure I can stay on my feet through ANYTHING.

Superior Conditioning should help out the old blue bar.

I do plan to spec out with Enhancement Boosters eventually, but at the start priority will be for endurance reduction in toggles and the lower level Damage Sets.

Lastly the powers are not in the order I have taken, I'm just using Mids for numbers. Fly, Blazing Aura and Combat Jumping, for example, were all taken before level 14.

If anyone has any advice, feel free to give. If you like it I won't whine if you use it.

the Pounding Slugfest's are giving 1.25% defense.

those same slots could give 7.5% melee and 3.76% s/l defense if you grabbed the 6th slot on Burn and Whirling Smash.

that would put you 6% over the softcap for s/l. so basically you could drop a set of Kin Combat's (save money and gain 3 slots).

You could put Eradications in Rise of the Phoenix to regain some energy def.

Moving the slots to Burn and Whirling Smash puts my S/L at 37.8%... Which is 7.2% shy of softcap.

Moving them to Rise of the Phoenix, however, bumps up E/N a little more and adds 1.8% Max End. That, I concede, is a good idea. Thank you.

After Hindenburg's advice, some observation and a few tweaks I have what i think will be the final build. Superior Conditioning was taken out and replace with Hover. I won't use Hover, however, it's just there as a LotG mule, pulling Global Recharge up to 52.5%. S/L/E/N will be just over 34%. The Crushing Impacts Acc/Dam were replaced with Mako's Bite Acc/End/Rech. Once the Kinect Combats are boosted with Enhancers they'll have enough damage.

The Oblit in Whirling Smash was moved to Titan Sweep and the Eradication/Scirocco's Dervish slotting moved to Whirling Smash and adapted (Along with the slotting in Arc of Destruction) for more Endurance Reduction. Over all I'm even more pleased with this build.

And also, agian, thanks to Hindenburg for the Rise of the Phoenix slotting idea.

Hmmm, I'm pondering the final build for my TW/FA right now as well.

Just to throw this out there, How do people feel about skipping fly and adding in hasten? Also it looks pretty end heavy still so I was pondering skipping hover and taking physical perfection (I was thinking of taking the Agility alpha, which works well with powers that need endmod)

For my build Hover isn't being used, it's just there to hold the LotG Global Recharge. Also if you wanted to add in Hasten you'd be better off replacing Hover, Fly in this build is home to Blessing of the Zephyr -KB IO.

Of course with some adapting I'm sure it would work for you as well.
