I am unable to "AUTO" powers.

I have been having this issue on and off for over 2 months now. When I log on to my main (LVL 53 SOA/nightwidow Knight Widow) I am unable to auto any of my powers, and specifically the issue is that I have hasten on auto at all times. When I log on my hasten is no longer on auto and I am unable to auto it or any other power.

I can auto powers on every other character on my account. I have done the following to attempt a remedy to this issue.

1) restarted the game.
2) ran repair on the game
3) unslotted and reslotted all my powers
4) performed a respec
5) completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
6) I have petition customer service several times.

The third time I petitioned I recieved an in game tell saying it should now work, and it did......... for 3 days. Then it was back to the same issue.

I once again petitioned about it and recieved an email basically talking to me like im a noob or an idiot, saying that there was no way it couldnt be working and that I should hold control and click the power and that should do it.

I clearly knew this or how would I know that I could no longer auto my powers. I responded nicely and said all the things that I have tried. To which I received another response saying that there are no known issues and they were testing it on a brute and could not replicate the issue.

Ok so why test it on a brute? Why not at the very least test it on a widow? Also just because its not a known issue doesnt mean that im still not having it. It is VERY frustrating to not be able to auto a power that my whole build hinges apon working properly.

Is there any way I can get this tested? Before the game went free to play things like this were always handled very quickly and with tact and respect. I hate the way petitions are now handled did we suddenly outsource our customer service???

Well, I don't know what you've tried with support, but a quick thing to test is: does "/powexecauto hasten" work? If yes, the problem is something to do with ctrl-click, maybe it somehow got re-bound to something else on that character. If it does not work, the problem is somehow directly with auto activation.

My suggestion would be to reopen your ticket with support and politely ask that it be escalated to a Senior GM.

If they still seem to be not helping you resolve the issue, keep asking politely that it be escalated further up the chain.

Whatever you do, remain polite.
