Aegis: Psi and Mez Resist (Unique) mini-nerf?

I happened to be picking sets for my Titan/Inv brute and I figure adding the Unique Aegis in there to start plugging the Psi-hole of Inv. I realise I have one sitting in a storage bin that's close to the level I need and being a proc; it doesn't matter too much since the value is the same all the way up when I notice it says:

Quote:
UNIQUE -- No more than 1 enhancement of this type may be slotted by a character. Gives a bonus psionic resistance of 2.3% and reduces the duration of all status effects by 20%.
2.3%? I remember it quite clearly being 3% and the wiki still says 3% so I'm wondering what's going on?

Yeah, not a big deal, 0.7% decrease. I'm just curious as to why it was reduced (or even if it was)?

The Aegis unique was originally, and incorrectly affected by AT resistance modifiers. So a tanker would get the full 3%, but a brute would get 75% of that, which is 2.25%, or 2.3% if you round at the first decimal place. I thought it was fixed long ago, but apparently it either never was, or has for some reason returned.
It appears to be doing something wonky, though. I just tried slotting one (on my corruptor, which has the same resist mod as a brute), and although the tooltip said 2.3%, combat attributes showed it was giving me 3.07%. I had two level 45 resist IOs in the same power, and tried removing them - removing one dropped it to 3% exactly, removing the second changed nothing. Re-slotting resistance IOs did not make it increase again.

Seems like that one has always been buggy. IIRC the status effects resistance originally got surpressed if it is slotted in a toggle and you actually got held, stunned, slept. In other words, when you actually need it, it was worthless as most resistance powers are toggles. Briefly they seemed to fix that, but not too long ago I tested it and it was back to being surpressed.

So basically its status effect resistance is virtually worthless.
