Invulnerability / Street Justice Tanker
Hello Treees and welcome to the forums.
It is sadly, very difficult to increase DDR (Defense Debuff Resistance). The only way currently is to use Clarion. Inuln does however have a good deal of resistance in the set (50%)
I personally would suggest Soft capping S/L and E/N with one mob in Invinc, as well as trying to get Perma Dull Pain.
What do you think of this build?

Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.
I need help on my Invuln/StJ tank. I tried compiling something in MIDS but I haven't finished slotting nor enhancing and really, I'm up for respec'ing if necessary.
I guess my focus is: soft-capping Smashing/Lethal Res., and hopefully soft-cap resistance against Def. debuffs + soft-cap SLEN.
(in short: Soft-cap SLEN + Res against Def Debuffs)
I was also considering a perma-Dull Pain set but I don't know if that's the "best".
I have and intend to keep: Hasten, Combat Jumping, four-slotted Health, Weave but really, everything is negotiable.
