Good iPhone Barcode Scanner?

All,

Gave the wife a new iPhone for Christmas.

We're looking for a good barcode scanner app for the phone that will allow us to catalog and keep track of the large collection of DVD's and/or manga that we own. Being able to output the data into a database on windows would be good too...
