League vote kicking

This is the second week that someone has tried to kick someone on a UGT league for some mysterious unknown reason. Fortunately for the grieved party, the other 22 people exercised some compassion and elected not to kick the parties in question.

I am quite sure that I have annoyed, irritated, or even ticked someone off in the past. Yet, I don't think I've done anything so horrible lately. If I did, I'd expect the offended party to say "hey, I don't really like that tone" or something like that. That's the way issues are resolved. And, if that fails, then there's the gignore option.

On the UGT, voting someone off is not the way to resolve issues. People are getting distracted, they're talking to each other, and people get upset. The wrong people! Ones that have nothing to do with any of the issues that are bothering the unknown vote kicker.

I'm sure that whoever is doing it, is probably some 14 year old kid who thought it would be funny and likely never reads the forums. But, just in case, please stop!

If you're uncomfortable doing a trial with someone, just leave the trial before it starts.

I did file a petition, for whatever good that may do, because clearly this was a case of griefing. Hopefully, a GM will take a peek and have a chat with the unknown vote kicker.

If it continues, I'll no longer run the ugt openly, but do a closed league format and use /sea and my list to form and run it.

I certainly don't want to do that- it might make things harder to fill and complete. But, if it means I'm not teaming with some unknown ...unsavory character, that's fine by me.
