3 Month Plan

Okay, so I've never bought a 3-Month plan before. However, this time around the combination of the loyalty reward thing and the availability of a large amount of cash at once made me decide to just take the plunge and do it. I save money in the long run this way, anyway.

So I went onto NC Soft and bought additional game time, but then it said that I was "Upgraded to VIP Status" and that I was active until December 22nd. It also said I was in the three month plan. This confused me, because I had thought that I was already a VIP player.

So, I'm assuming that I did everything properly to stay connected tomorrow when my previously paid time was scheduled to run out, but...I didn't mess something up here, did I? Should I cancel my subscription and try again?

Log into what you are SURE is your current account on the NC Soft store (here, not in game). Double check that it has all the history of purchases there, not just one. If all the history is there and you see the subscription listed too (should be a 3 month plan, with a listed renewal date) then you're good.

If you some how applied the change to a different account (maybe a free one you had laying around)? Then yes quick quick cancel and hope you don't get charged.

It sounds like you were "premium" because you had canceled, even though your sub hadn't run out yet. Possibly just a text error on the webpage, since you still seem to be premium now. As long as your account info looks OK, I'd assume it's just the web page with a less than 100% accurate message and let it renew on its own.
