Bad pigg. Bad pigg

OK here is the problem, ever scince COH went free to play, I have been unable to play in cirtain zones in the game! Zones like Atlas Park, Pretoria, or doing one of the incarnete trails! Any place that had a major graphics upgrade, However all of the other zones like Kings Row, Steel Canyon, and Founders Falls I have no problems there.

Here is what happens, I would be just flying around Atlas ParK, and then "BAMM" A big white rectangular error box would appear in the center of my monitor! Inside the error box it would say stuff like "Blah Blah Blah pigg. error code #47 blah blah whetever blah blah!" Also inside the big white rectangular error box there is two small rectangular buttons to click on. The button on the right would say "copy to clipboard" (that does not work) The button on the left would say "close program" (that does work) while this is happening, I can still see the game is running in the background.

It's always these pigg. errors that are causing the problem, can anyone help me. here is my computer info on the bottom.

It sounds like you have a corrupted file on the game; I'd advise you to open the NCSoft launcher, click on "City of Heroes", then click on the down arrow and select "Repair". That should correct any corrupt files.

You may also want to defrag your hard drive; that can sometimes cause problems as well.

COH has just been murdered by NCSoft. http://www.change.org/petitions/ncso...city-of-heroes

I already tried that once, I'll do it agian and see what happens, but thanks for the advice

Now, if you wanna be REALLY sure... you delete the .piggs. Or rename them, or the entire game directory. Something drastic that'll force it to redownload them.

Perhaps it's a corrupted disk, perform a scan disk, full one, and go to bed, wake up, and check it out.

August 31, 2012. A Day that will Live in Infamy. Or Information. Possibly Influence. Well, Inf, anyway. Thank you, Paragon Studios, for what you did, and the enjoyment and camaraderie you brought.

Well... perhaps I was premature about that whole 'signing off' thing... - 11-9-2012
