I'd suggest going to the Beta server instead.
You can request a Level Bump to any level in the Level Bump Request thread.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

WTH?!?!?! I run to test to try out the new converter thing, and the only toons that are there, are not 50s, unslotted, and have not been logged in between 200-600 days??? So, none of these toons are going to have IOs at all.... so annoying specially since I waited like 2 hours to get in.
