NCsoft launcher problem

I need help the NCsoft launcher installs fine , then when I try to launch it just crashes, windows has encountered a problem and closes. I searched the problem on google for 2 hours or so and tried lots of things that did not work. Firewall is off, antivirus is off, running as admin, i have windows service packs up to date etc.

I have the game installed fine and is up and running on my second older computers but I would like to get my newer one running the game so my brother can play too.


Is it possible to copy all the Ncsoft files from the folder of the working computer and transfer them to the other?

I don't have a solution to your Launcher problems. I can only suggest that you try the "How To Resolve Issues With the NCsoft Launcher" link in my signature and also try submitting a support ticket.

before we get on the whole moving files unnecessarily train, why don't you tell the class a bit more about the error. What exactly is it saying? What are the specs for the system you're running (OS, etc). Where are you installing the launcher, etc.
