Is there going to be another 'VIP' power set?

I've been playing CoH as a paying subscriber for roughly two years in all. Ever since the game has gone F2P they've been making great progress with putting out new power sets for the ATs.
Unfortunately as a paying subscriber, I can only get one power set every 2 months of gameplay. If they keep putting them out at this rate, I won't be able to catch up. I'll never own all the power sets unless I throw more money into the game, and even then I'll wind up lagging behind again due to the fact that the stipend doesn't give VIP access to a single powerset until two straight months of play.
Are there plans for a VIP power set in the up and coming future, or are they all going to cost two months of gameplay or extra?
That's all I'm asking. An occasional VIP power set would be nice every once in a while.
