One POSSIBLE way, though it's something that'd make Rube Goldberg wet himself.
If this person can use PayPal, he should be able to apply for a Paypal Mastercard. Essentially it's a secured (meaning you have to have the money there) account.
If PayPal won't honor charges to NCSoft US or NCSoft EU, he should be able to use the card at places like Amazon and buy time cards.
But NCSoft and Paragon REALLY need to get on top of this.

in Plaisio and Public stores he can buy 2 months Ncsoft cards...
a trick for not confusing the salesmen is to get in the above store sites, write down the product key numbers and show them..
also a lot other smaller shops with PC/gaming products have time cards...
the 2nd most popular MMO here in greece (for years now) is Lineage II... so Ncsoft time cards are plenty....

Not sure if these are available in Greece, but the payment methods that are listed for me (in the UK) are:
Credit/Debit Card Plans for Visa, Mastercard and American Express - either 1 month, 3 months or 6 months.
Switch/Maestro cards for non-recurring payments for 60 days.
Game Time Cards
Paypal

Hi all, I just ran across a F2P player in game from Greece who would like to know what payment options there might be if they don't have a credit card. Are there places to buy time cards there, or Paypal/Paysafe type options to pay for the game? They are going to look here for the response, if anyone can make suggestions. Thanks!
