- Dark Astoria is going to be revamped and will be a co-op zone.
- As part of that revamp, a solo path to incarnate rewards is going to be released.
- We'll be fighting the dark god Mot and revamped Banished Pantheon.
- A revamped Diabolique will play a major role in a new trial there, called Dilemma Diabolique.
- Apparently you can fight Blue Steel there too, though you don't have to. I guess it's all part of the hero versus villain thing.
- TPN campus trial set in Praetoria. Will involve a difficult choice regarding Emporer Cole.
- Darkness Control powerset coming. It will be free for VIPs.
- Titan Weapons coming December 6. It's a premium powerset, purchasable by VIPs, Premiums, and Free players (who would, of course, not be Free players any more, but Premiums).
- Staff Fighting coming Soon™ (early next year, as I recall). I think I heard that this will be a premium set in the Paragon Store for everyone, VIPs included.
- Minds of Mayhem Incarnate trial, in which you take on Mother Mayhem.
- New costume sets, including fire and ice sets. If I understood correctly, the costumes actually change while wearing them. Sounds cool.
- Super Packs being introduced. You pay a "stupidly low" (their words, not mine) Paragon Points price and get five random rewards, some of which are exclusive to Super Packs:
- Elemental costume parts with glowy neon lines.
- Archetype IOs (ATOs), with procs specific to your archetype (e.g. Stalkers get hidden when used, Scrappers get increased critical chance, etc.). Rares will be tradeable, very rares won't.
- Also, non-exclusive consumable rewards included, such as inspirations, unslotters, etc.
- Every Super Pack is guaranteed to have at least one rare or very rare card in it.
- This has been the subject of much controversy due to the exclusivity of items and element of randomness regarding real money purchases, so it may (I personally believe almost inevitably will) change before launch.
We've been saving Paragon City for eight and a half years. It's time to do it one more time.

Should be mentioned that the Fire/Ice set will be replacing Celestial in Tier 9 VIP, which will be going in the "Disney Vault" for a while.

I thought Dark Control was going to be a free power set for VIPs, while Titan Weapons was a purchasable power set from the Paragon Market?
