Any and all suggestions are welcome! Thanks Also I would probably do a little bit of PvPing with this build too. Oh, and I am planning on using Barrier Core Epiphany with this build, so tack that onto the defenses.

I see how you are trying to plug up all the types of defense. Of course a good philosophy in general.

With Regen though, you don't have protection against defense debuff, so that will not always save you.

For me, I would take out some of the slots from powers like Weave or Stealth and make sure you have Dull Pain and Instant Healing recharging faster.

Having permanent Dull Pain on my regen is very nice.
