I forget the name of the new destiny power..the pretty orange one...but when I was in RV just now, a few times a guy used it, when I was in Hiber..and the stun BROKE hiber and mezzed me. I assume this is not WAI?

Totally WAI. There's no mez protection in PVP, only resistance.

Issue 16 made me feel like this.

I dont mean the mez resistance. I mean the way the stun is KNOCKING YOU OUT OF HIBER. You know..breaking through a power that nothing else in the game can break through?

Hm, and you're sure that you didn't still have NoPhase on from a previous phasing, and he used Incandescence AFTER your phase kicked in?

Yeah its busted. The stun has a really long duration as well. file a bug report it and hope they fix those things.

Best thing about it though even if its fixed is the permanent buff to heal insp. respites do about 500 on doms

the stun also doesn't suppress. you can get away from being initially hit by it by being in mez suppression, but you can get chain held from the stun (which as a PVE duration, furthermore) by a hold coming in immediately after.

definitely broken.
