Mentor Project can assist in finding you a short/long term mentor, and the Protector Vigilance channel will keep you updated on server-wide events as well as inform you ofc TFs, trials, PUGs, etc.
The only thing I can't help you with is "friendly villains".

Hello,
Looking for people to team with for various mission and story arcs. Having a hard time with certain ones and getting a bit frustrated. Would love to just do some stuff duo so I get a feel for grouping. Could really benefit from a friendly long-timer taking me under their wing and showing me the ropes and maybe some tips and tricks.
Also looking for a friendly Villain Group.
