Ogg is an open source codec. If any program or player can't load in that codec to play ogg files, then it's a pretty limited player. Even Windows Media Player can use it. Your browser should have a plugin available to play them natively.
Audacity is a pretty well known media program that handles ogg out of the box and can convert to and from.

where do i find it...how can i get it...no, ftp://ftp.coh.com/ does not work...is there a download site...do i have to convert the .oog...where do i find a converter...help?
