Game crashes after server select

I need some help. Ever since Saturday I haven't been able to get onto the live server. Every time, 100%, I select my server & the game crashes.

There's something wrong with my account, I can log onto the game just fine with my girlfriend's account.

It could be a problem with the graphics of one of your characters causing the game to crash at the character selection screen. And none of your girlfriend's characters have this problem.

You could try the game's safe mode and also make sure you are not using one of the problematic video card drivers.
