Lag on initial zoning

Hi all,
for the last 2 weeks or so whenever I log in a toon or change zones or exit a mish I get lag for approx 15-30 seconds.

Its not too bad but it is noticable with 'staggering' movement like im dropping frames.

Ive updated my GPU drivers to the most recent version and ensured nothing was being downloaded.

After 30secs the game runs fine until I zone again.

Just me?
