On the other hand, I don't think I could handle some of those missions with a level 10 character.

I think the reference in the patch notes to being lvl 10 means you get the contact to start them at that level, not that you can do all the Arcs at lvl 10. They still have their minimum levels to do them. You'd have to do the same low level one over and over again until you were high enough to do the next one.
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.
Thank you for clarifying that. Like I said way back in the day when there was a task force you needed a full team usually. I will check it out and if I can't solo it then I will drop it until later.
