There are still some significant issues that need to be addressed.

First of all, the most important defense type you want to increase is S/L. Yes, you get the least amount of it from the WP set, but it's by far the most common damage in the game, so boosting it to at least 32.5% (within a small purple of the soft-cap) should be your top priority.

Also, the WP versions of Health and Stamina, QR and FH, actually have higher base values than the Fitness versions, so it's worth your while to enhance them more, not less.

There is absolutely no, zero, zilch, nada reason to use a End/Rchg IO in an auto power, since they don't use end red or recharge, unless you're slotting the whole set which is not the case here. Likewise, you don't want to use them in a toggle like RttC either since the recharge is useless and there another attribute that needs enhancing, in this case, Heal.

Your power selection is...okay, though Combat Jumping is a much better choice for additional defense than Stealth, since half of Stealth's defense suppreses in combat, it has a high end cost, and it has a movement speed debuff. So drop Stealth for CJ, and if you want stealth (the ability, not the power) use a stealth IO instead.

Focused Accuracy is a huge end hog and and not at all necessary for a SS tank anyway, since Rage gives a substantial ToHit buff. Take Conserve Power or almost anything else instead. You might want to consider dropping Recall Friend and going with Hasten/SS instead of FA and RF.

You're taking the Fighting Pool much later than you should, IMO. Resurgance, CJ, etc. would be better choices to take late.

Slotting issues:

For a passive like HPT, slot the set IOs with the highest value enhancement that the power will actually use--in this case, resistance and heal.

Instead of Mako's for your ST attacks, slot Kin Combat instead for the S/L def bonus. If KCs are too expensive, try Smashing Haymaker and work up to KCs. Four KC/SH and a fourth slot for acc/dam (the Mako's quad is a good choice) will lot them adequately.

MoB is very underslotted. I'd use four Reactive Armor (all the resistance pieces) in both MoB and Tough.

Replace the End/Rchg in FH with a Numina Heal.

I'd slot IW with LotG Heal, Heal/End, and Heal/End/Rchg if you're not going to use a +recharge.

Slotting the Numina regen/recovery in RttC is a poor choice, put it in one of the heal autopowers instead--Health would be my choice. I'd four slot RttC with Numina Heal, Heal/Rchg, Heal/End and Heal/End/Rchg.

Quick Recovery needs at least another slot; I'd add the End Mod/Acc and the +End if you can spare the slots.

Heightened Senses, go with LotG Def/End, Def/End/Rchg, Def, and either the Def/Rchg or the +Recharge. Use the same slotting in Weave.

Gaussian's is a good set for positional defense, but not so good for typed--it's a lot of slots for relatively little return. I'd use two Rectified Reticle and 2 recharge commons there instead.

SoW doesn't benefit from recharge, and IMO you should consider single-slotting it anyway. It's a good place to put the Steadfast +Def, which you definitely need to get and slot somewhere.

Thunderstrike is a much better choice for Hurl than Devastation, you'll get 3.75% E/NE def with 6 slots.

I wouldn't slot Oblit in Footstomp unless you really need it for the S/L defense since it leaves it underslotted for end reduction. I'd go with 3-4 Eradication and a couple of slots from another set instead.

The Glad Strikes are are a pointless expense in Boxing. I'd leave it at the base slot unless you're going to use it as a set mule for Kin Combats or something similar.

Here's what I would do with your build, it's soft-capped to S/L/E/NE and within a small purple of soft-capping F/C. I left the Oblit set in Foot Stomp so it'll be soft-capped, but you'll want to consider other options if you start having end problems.
