Just wanted to give an update. The first day was pretty good had some new people poke their heads in but didn't feel like talking. No worries, I know I don't like to be put on the spot either but I do appreciate them coming in and giving it a try.
Had a good conversation about Who Will Die Part 3 and some of the theories as to what it all boils down to. Really good stuff was bandied about imo.
The group is still small so don't be surprised if you only see a couple people, but feel free to jump right in and talk about whatever you want. We got started last night and it went on for hours, had a lot of fun hearing other people's opinions and theories.

With things like the new trials and SSA arcs coming down the pipe, I try to talk about it and various global channels or to people in general. Most people don't care or act like dic...not nice people lol. I remember when I was talking about how cool it would be to have the next set of arcs be Golden age like Teal Serpent, Talos, Atlas, Maiden Justice and others, I was told that "noone cares about that kind of crap".
Now it's fine if people want to have opinions about what they like or don't like but the bashing does get old after a while. Rather than keep running into the same wall I figured I would start a channel where people could discuss all this fun if they want.
The Global Channel is called "Storytime with States". It would have been Statesman but ran out of characters I could use. So join and have fun.
Everyone like to know the rules for channels like these so I will list them all here.
Wait at least one day until after an Arc/TF/Trial comes out before spoiling: I know a lot of us play first thing it comes out but some people are at school/work/whatever so give them a chance to come back and play. I mean we always have PM's right.
Respect the opinions of others: We will have people from all walks of life with all sorts of opinions about things. Some guy might say it would be cool if Positron took Synapse up the 5 Hole. Hey whatever floats your boat. Noone should be judging on this channel. No one is "right" we are just having fun and talking CoH Lore and stories.
That's it, other than that anything goes. Come in, have fun and talk(type) about whatever story stuff you want until you are blue in the face(hands). If you know anyone else that has been looking for a place like this, spread the word.
