i cant seem to find a listing of where the contacts are for the sig arc. or what level toons need to be to enter each one.
i stumbled across contacts 1 and 2, and thought i had found contact 3, but lost him again : ( i " think " toons lvl 10 + can enter mission 1, and 20 + can enter mission 2 , but i'm not certain .
does such a list of info exist somewhere i have missed ?

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
