Test Server Load Time

All,

I was trying to find a technical place to pose this question, but I will go with here and if you all can direct me - I will greatly appreciate it.

I recently (around the 20th) downloaded the test server. Followed the NCSoft Launcher guide to load and download the test server. All was updated. Whenever I go to launch the test server, it seems to automatically change my image resolution and starts to load up the log in screen. The only issue is that the program becomes non-responsive at that point and just sits... forever...

Would anyone have any recommendations to follow? Should I delete the test files and re-download? Does it usually take a long time (more than 5 minutes) and I'm not being patient?

First, try the "Repair (Consistency Check)" on the test server (right click on "CITY OF HEROES TEST" in the Launcher to find this option).

Second, try the game's safe mode (right click on the game in the Launcher and select "Properties" and check the "Launch in Safe Mode" box).

Third, make sure you are using recent graphics drivers. If you have a video card with an AMD/ATI GPU, the Catalyst drivers before 11.9 have had issues with the game.
