Hey all,
I've finally decided to respec my scrapper, who is still a legacy build after all this time, so definately about time, I worked up a build but arent entirely happy with it, or sure if Im doing it right, so any pointers are appreciated.
I originally posted this in the build workshop threat, but no one ever responded, so figure why not just consult the build guru's directly, eh?
