I have been sub'd since before Freedom has launched. I have opened two separate tickets with support indicating the lack of reward tokens since launch. My second ticket was responded to stating that I would get my token(s) on Oct 28th. It is now the 31st, and I _still_ have not gotten any tokens whatsoever. I have however gotten 800 monthly points and 2 char transfers. Could someone please explain to me where my reward tokens are, and if I will continue to have this problem? I find it very frustrating to have this issue persist. If we can not get this issue resolved for myself, and probably others, I see no reason to continue as a VIP after the expiration of my account, but to instead play as a premium.
