Say you have a toon on Freedom and you store a Ragnarok proc on the market. If you move to Virtue and go to the Auction House, you would be able to pick up that proc.
So when you transfer to a new server, ur stuffz on teh market do not transfer with you, but they don't need to because they are already accesible to that server anyway.

(GATE-keeper, your stuff on the market DOES transfer with you, because they are flagged with origination details that will change when you transfer servers. Otherwise Aggelakis on Justice would be able to pick up Aggelakis on Pinnacle's stuff, and that's definitely not the case.)
