I'm not going to critique because I don't feel knowledgeable enough. I have a Fire/Psy Dom though so I had to take a look and I like that you went in a different direction than I did. It gives me things to think about. You went Resist I went Defense. You took Fire Ancillary, I took Ice. We are both fliers though!

My build is below. I don't have any of the Armageddon in Hotfeet and only one Ragnarok in Flashfire. In their place are just lv50 ACC and DAM I/Os right now. Also I don't have the two Panacea in Health, just lv50 Heal I/Os. The rest is as you see. I am thinking about giving up on the hugely expensive sets and taking something else better than generic I/Os but not billion INF sets. I team very well with this as it is and have overbuilt.

Someone is going to tell us to go over to the Redside and get Scorpion Shield from Mace Mastery but I like my Ice and I bet you like your Fire.
