I don't know if the LEGION would be good for you (we have more members coming back/active lately but it is somewhat of a roller-coaster as far as people on). We have a little forum that is lightly used now....
You can always join the SisterhoodFriends, LB and LFA global channels to help in getting teams together

yesterday was rough,
Ran 6 trials on the villain side went from 7-20 though which was what I wanted. I will look for those channels tomorrow when I log on.
I am still looking to get a few of my villains to 20. It was a rough run. I am still trying to get my main to 50 so maybe those can help.

Whenever I am on I will be running villain sewer trials....im easy to find all my characters have "Cross" in their name.
Also looking for some SG's with lots of active members one for villains and one for hero's
