If you plan to pvp outside of Sirens and in RV then I would say go with the EA just because of Overload - I have not long made an EA stalker and for RV I think it's possibly the best stalker secondary if built right but keep it in mind it can be a squishie set; though saying that, any stalker set is squishie if you're caught in a hold and 10 players come and stomp on you.
Spines is great in sirens as you have access to Impale but now Sharks can be taken at 35 the lack of ranged dmg in EM won't matter.
Basically, either of those stalker sets will do fine. As for blasters there's psy/em, fire/em or dark/em. Fire still does the most DPS but psy has the delayed dmg which when chained right can cause a mini spike and you can also slot the placate proc. Dark will be your best choice for 1v1's I think for the self heal and powerboosted -tohit. If you're wanting it for zone pvp again, then go with fire or psy.

Hello All,
So last night i was reading up on PvP, i want to get back into it. (last i played in PvP was pre issue 13) I have been into RV and Sirens Call and got hammered, there is alot of changes. I have read a few posts from people and i have been having a play with mids.
Now my main question is; i already have a spines / ea and an em / regen stalker ( i dont want to use my brute's / tankers in PvP), could i make either of these any good in zone PvP? Im guessing em / regen is going to be better out of the two because ea seems weak because it is a defense set and all the +acc and +tohit people build.
If em / regen is not going to be good ( i want a good / excellent PvP toon ) i dont mind starting a blaster (which i don't have and would be nice) or a spines / ?? nin / will maybe stalker.
Please help
