Stage Loader not fully Loading & something else

As the title says, the stage doesn't fully load. Now it goes through stage 2 and 3 without any problems and for the most part stage 4 does to until it hits 90% exactly. I'm more then positive that I have the necessary memory for it to be able to handle it but still nothing. It always stops loading at 90%. Even if I wait an hour still nothing. An error message comes up at least it should but when I click it, it's window doesn't come up.

Now for the other thing. Its not a horrid problem sense I can just make char. designs but for some reason NC will read CoH/V as not being installed even though the files still physically exist. So I have to go and reinstall the game again and basically just make char. designs while waiting for the necessary stages to load so I can get into my char.s.

Any Help would be very appreciated.

How much free disk space do you have?

That may not be enough free space to download and install stage 4. Try freeing up some hard-drive space.
