Street/WP Brute Build Critique

He's only to level 19, and I've determined that StJ is a Kick-A set. So once I made this realization, I decided to make a build for him. He's sitting at the 32.5% bench mark for S/L/E/N/F/C, with 64.5% HP boost (with accolades), 43% global rech, and his regen numbers look like this: 1 foe - 70 HPS, 5 foes - 90 HPS, 10 foes - 115 HPS.

My question is, can I make him better? Did I miss some extra HP, Regen, Def or Rech I can work into that without gimping my enhancement values?
