Double-click the Properties. Likely the path to the City of Heroes application isn't correct.
I'm running NCSoft launcher on a mac (no idea how to find out which OS) and when I click Play Now for COH the 'Launch delay' window pops up and the bar reaches the end, where the window closes and another pops up. This repeats until I tear my hair out and I never get on the game. Anyone else had this issue?
