Can't figure out how to enter mission on Who Will Die

The Rulu-shin mob is standing up the hill from your entry point. They're in front of a mausoleum.
Once you defeat them, go into the mausoleum through the door on the left side. You'll have a ramp down through a broken grave into the caves below.
