This is it. I am actually really happy with this build, but I would like to know if there is anything I am overlooking. For those who don't actually want to download the build, I have it worked out like this:
32.5% S/L defense. Softcaps on one purple. Lethal softcaps on one Parry.
31.9% Melee defense. This wasn't intended, but it sure works out nicely. Softcaps melee on a single Parry! Would it be worth it to get the extra 0.6% to softcap on a purple? I wouldn't think so... but you never know.
96.25% Recharge. Spiritual Alpha (currently have t3) makes Hasten comfortably permanent and Energize is only a few seconds away from permanent.
Note: I took Arctic Mastery because I was too lazy to switch over to RedSide to nab Patron Powers. Are any PPPs worth the trek? I don't use really use Arctic, it's just getting me an extra 13.75% recharge. I -could- stand to lose that if there's something over there that would drastically increase my performance.
Another note: Fly is concept, don't touch it. Think I fit it in there nicely though =]
