Made a few changes, mind you I'm no KM expert so I don't know what set bonuses work best for KM. I'd imagine you'd want enough recharge to get PS close to permanent and then use CS to "crit" and recharge PS.

Compared to the batman's build, this one loses 14% global rech and 6hp. Improved recovery and regen. I dropped maneuvers for hasten. This one also makes do without the 2billion inf glad armor IO. OwtS has a bit less resist in it, but all the attacks are slotted up.

Hi guys, I'm a new player and was planning how my 1st char would be, i choose a KM/SD and after reading the forums for quite a while I managed to get a positional defense soft capped of my own, but in the end I still need help, and want to know if this build is good enogh, still have some slots i didn't know where to put and things like that, but I think it's not that bad since it's the 1st time I'm doing it.
