Fulcrum shift buffs not showing in team window

Have you tested in on the fire/kin since you noticed the issue on the corr? I was on a fire/kin over the weekend and I'm pretty sure my pets were getting the icons. I didn't have any teammates.

If you have auto powers turned off in the team window, you will not see the FS buff icons. Try right clicking a buff in the team window and make sure the display of auto powers is not disabled. This feature is also in the options towards the bottom of the General tab.

Fine, we can change the topic to "Fulcrum Shift buffs showing under autopowers when they are NOT, please fix this."
Ridiculous. If I leave autopowers on, the team buffs stretch halfway across the screen, depending on my teammates powers. Adding FS buffs on top of that? No way.
There's NO REASON these should show up as autopowers.
I see the buffs on my pets but not on the team players. Although this is annoying, I tend to just look at my pets buffs to get a general idea of what's going on and as I'm mostly running with incarnate powered peeps anyway, mobs don't last long enough these days for me to get a good chain of FS going lol.

I know this is a new bug but not sure from exactly when, my level 50 Fire/Kin controller has always had FS show up on teammates and pets in the team window. My new DP/Kin Corruptor got FS post-i21, so somewhere in there, it broke.
When I FS, the buff bubbles are not showing in the team window for anyone. Not me, not a pet, not my teammates. I can see my own buff bubbles under my health bar, but I can't tell if I've managed to get my teammates in the spread or not.
