In mids, go to Options -> Configuration... -> "Effects & Maths" tab, and look on the right side.
Under 'Suppression', look for the 'Damaged' checkbox and check it, then hit 'OK'.
Your defenses will jump down to a rather less impressive 41.6% across the board, which is what you'll have in combat. (I recommend leaving said checkbox checked, so you won't have suppressing defense values fooling you in the future.)

I know these only just do the job in hitting soft cap but thats enough right?

A much more solid build - well done.
Comments at first glance, the damage procs in assassin's strike are a fairly bad idea - you want those in attacks you spam most often, not the ones you drop once in a while when you get the chance.
This is my first ever stalker and im still a bit of a novice at IO builds so any advice would be appreciated. I went for soft capping defense which i believe is 45% but please correct me if i am wrong...
