problem with stage download

Hello im a new player , i donwloaded the game today , and im in stage 3 , but when i enter the game, and create a character it says that i havent completed stage 2. I try with the updaiter that the launcher of NCsoft have but nothing happens. So i have to wait until it finish stage 4? someone else got this problem?

after finishing stage 3 and being not able to enter the tutorial , i started to donwload the game again from 0 , im in stage 3 again and i cant enter 2 , it says 0% stage two. I dont know if i have to wait until the donwloader finish with stage 4 , or im having some kind of problem or im not seeing an ingame button to updaite the stages. If anyone know something please tell me

Are you leaving NCLauncher open after you launch the game? It seems to make a huge difference to the download if you do.
