SHARING - PVE - Controller - Ice Control / Storm Summoning - MIDS - Endgame

Here is my endgame Ice/Storm build. It has decent recharge, the Cardiac T4, softcapped Ranged, Softcapped (or close) S/L defense, and 40% defense to AOE. Yes, it uses the PVP IO, but that is the only one I lack in my actual build. My bid is placed and in 1.5 years it will come through. If you aren't willing, simply move the level 40 steamy mist slot over to Lightning Storm, go with the full Thunderstrike set, and you'll still be range-capped and high on everything else.
