Pets generally have more than one attack, so the mouseover in the enhancement screen can't tell you how much damage they do per hit because there's no single answer to that question. However, the detailed info view lists their attacks, which can be expanded to show details like damage.
Note that the attacks granted by upgrades can also be viewed this way in the details of the upgrade power; since the upgrade itself isn't slotted for damage it will only show you the base damage, but when the pets use the attacks they will indeed receive the damage bonus they're slotted with.

do not know if this is a known problem,but when i mouse over my bots in the enhancement screen,it does not show me the damage done by them only the percentage of enhancement to damage.
