You'll be able to continue the current story line, but you won't go beyond the current contact. When I hit 30 during Noble Savage's arc, I was able to finish the arc but wasn't introduced to the next contact.

If I level above 29 before finishing all of the First Ward contacts, will I then be locked out of them for having outleveled them, or will I be able to continue the storyline to its end?
