Unable To Select Most Missions In Ouroboros

As the title says, I'm unable to select most missions in Ouroboros (either in the zone itself, or using a Pillar in an SG Base). This happens on multiple characters.

If I expand any level range to show the list of missions, clicking on most of them does nothing. They won't expand to let me see the details or choose the mission.

On my Level 28 Hero Brute, I attempted to run the mission for the Negotiator Badge (Get the Clockwork out of the warehouse before the Skulls get involved mission). When I chose the mission, it took me to the next screen where I can set my challenges. I didn't set any, and chose to start the mission. The SYSTEM channel gave me the standard message about being exemplared to the timestream of the mission, but the Ouro window told me it couldn't find the contact. I was never placed into Flashback mode, and was unable to do the mission.

When that same character tried to look at the missions in the 20-24 level range, I couldn't expand any of them.

I'd guess that only 35%-40% of the missions can be chosen and run via Flashback at this time.

The Negotiator one is bugged -- the contact went to the cornfield when Old Galaxy was removed.

The others not opening is something I experienced and a few others have reported which cleared up on it's own. There may be some sort of problem with the 'flashback server' if such a thing exists. Try again later.
