Game time cards are considered subscription time. In essence game time cards = VIP
as for going rogue... if you bought the box you keep the bulk of the things that came with it such as the power sets and access to the zones and what not even if you let your subscription lapse.

If by "bought VIP" you mean the VIP Starter, then far as I know you won't keep the Going Rogue stuff. You'll only keep that if you bought Going Rogue itself.
So I have a question, if you bought VIP and let's say it ends January 2nd, if you bought another Gamecard would you get extended VIP time or would you have to buy another VIP upgrade? Additionally, if VIP ended, would you get to keep your Going Rogue in F2P? I'm pretty sure in VIP it said you got
Going Rogue: Complete Collection and a ton of other stuff for only $15, but I want to know, because if you can't I'll have a lot of inactive characters on my account, please answer! Thanks
