Disintegration has to be already on the target in order for the spread to happen.

Still thinking this set wasn't thought through very well. Oh well.
OK So the snipe in BR has a 100% chance to spread disintegration. Does the snipe have to be fired after disintegration or can I lead with the snipe and follow up with disintegration?
