I don't think the second signature story arc is actually up, is it?

Contacts are sometimes put into the game before the content for them is released.
A few examples would be the contacts for the first SSA set, the submarines that were the gateways between redside and blueside for people that changed their alliance and possibly a few others throughout the history of the game.
Just because a contact is there doesn't mean they are going to talk to you about something that hasn't been released.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

That problem means the Devs have (long since) finished the SSA 2 and actually put it in the gam- just not enabled the access. This should allow them to enable it without patching the client (or at least just a minimal patch).

We've only had Part 1 for two weeks, it'd be a bit of a surprise if they released Part 2 this soon.
Since it's in Talos, I'm sure we can expect still more exemplaring gripes.

He is the new Signature Story Arc contact in Talos Island. He doesn't recognize me as a VIP player although I'm playing on Exalted.
Anyone else have this issue?
