Check the Properties for CoH in the NC Launcher, it's probably set to the wrong path.

A fresh install fixed the problem.
I get an error message that prevents me from updating and running coh.
/Applications/City of Heroes.app/PS/CityOfHeroes_Main_2100.201109290250.1.0To2110.2011 10031805.1.0/PatchManifest.xml could not be loaded!
Any advice?
