Problems with the RM store.

For a company to take money from a player, they should at least make it simple to do so. I live in the UK and for me its far from simple.

1.) I am unable to ever make purchases using my Bank Card. Everytime I have to go through paypal. The same card used to pay my account each month is not allowed to be used in the store.
2.) I am not sure how or why, but there have been several occasions where I have typed in my username and password into the paypal section of the store and it has come back with being an invalid user/password. Yet I copy and paste the password and it works fine after 2 or 3 tries. I am not talking about a spelling error, I am talking about the exact same password.
3.) Everytime I make a purchase from the store using paypal I have to do it twice....
I have to go to the store, select paypal, enter details, log in to paypal, continue the order, type NCsoft password, this then seems to clear the purchase I tried to make so I have to select paypal again and do everything again just to buy some points.
4.) I am unable to pay for my second account. Everytime I try to become a VIP and enter either my card details or paypal infomation it just says "Does not pass risk assesment" I mean what the hell.

Guys seriously whats going on? I feel like I am trying to hand you my money here and you folks are saying Nah we don't want it .

At least that one would have been easy to fix.
Just make us log in first instead of after..

Just seen that I can buy points on the NCsoft account management website. I have not had a single problem when I did this. All the issues are when trying to use the store in game only. The store on the website works fine.
