Must do it at a trainer, using the same window that changing your title uses. Only your title changes color, your name, badge, and supergroup name stay the same.
Your name can be color changed by using "Help Me!" or "Helper", but that isn't using the system the way it's meant to be and is generally frowned upon by people who actually want help or want to help others.

can anybody explain the way I go about using this reward please? Do I have to go see a trainer and change colours from there or can I do it on the "Fly"?
Can I have different colours for the titles and my alt's name?
