They are not mentioning this in the list of known bugs, so I am posting it here for everyone to see!
Bug Location:
Atlas Park next to the Supergroup Portal
What's Bugged:
You are not getting credit for your Monitor Duty badge, and you are not getting the prestige bonus when you sign back in.
Work Around:
Stand next to the SG portal in any other zone. If you are under level 5, I recommend going to Talos Island. The portal is right next to the tram, and surrounded by police drones.
